Phil and his crew did a fantastic job raising our porch and driveway concrete. It came out much better than what we anticipated; it was all raised to original levels. Not only was his crew friendly and punctual they worked hard late into the evening to get all the details in. All the cracks and joints were sealed up perfectly and there is really nothing but good things to say about the whole experience and service. Thank you to Phil and the whole crew. Representative, Phil, came to see me very quickly. I have decades of experience in supply chain management for major corporations. I can tell you that Phil is a true professional rivaling representatives from any major corporation that you might care to name. He was truly professional in all his communications, both prior to attending the site and during. He was quick to make an appointment and he kept it. He was on time. He was helpful and knew his business inside out. I would highly recommend dealing with this company.

Recently moved to a new single detached house and found out the first floor (2 level house) had sunk minimum 3.5 inches. Contacted BC concrete lifting and received immediate response. Phil came to our place to give us quote, which we were pretty satisfied. During the estimate, we were informed during actual work, extra amount of foam may be required as our floor was fully covered with extra concrete poured by previous owner. Phil stated he or his crews would never proceed further without our permission if extra foam will be needed.Fast forward, my husband and I removed most of the old concretes (they were broken and under the walls so had to be removed to prevent any further damage during lifting) and we knew extra foam would be required because we found several areas sunk more than 3.5 inches.On the lifting day, Phil's crews arrived on time (0830). We were informed 5.5 inches needed to be raised and requested our permission if we would like to proceed further lifting (they lifted the concrete 3.5 inches first, as per quote). With our permission, they lifted 5.5 inches.Few things I would like to appreciate are1. Punctuality : I have dealt with several (like more than 20 contractors for various jobs) and Phil and his crews were one of VERY FEW contractors to be on time.2. Responsiveness and reachable : again, response my text/call immediately and was always reachable.3. Candor: very clearly articulated in his quote how much of foam will be used and how much of extra will be charged if needed. Send you how much was actually used with several photos.4. MeticulousnessHis crew took time while lifting to ensure our house would have minimal damage from lifting and I was updated for any new finding or concern during entire work.5. Removal old concretePhil's crews removed old concrete, which they didn't have to. My husband and I planned to remove more after the lifting but didn't have to do any extra work as it was done by them.6. Repair and CleaningAfter they finished their job, they repaired our broken cement floor (from concrete removal, not from lifting) and cleaned my first floor so well. (cleaner than when they started lol)7. PriceI had 3 different quotes from 3 different places and Phil's place provided the best value.I really hope I don't have to encounter similar situations in the future but if I do, I will contact Phil without hesitation. Their quality of work was on point and we are very satisfied.

We had some of our foundation washed away in front and to the side of our garage. We couldn’t drive on the pavement in front of the garage and it was a massive safety hazard.We did our due diligence and got three quotes. After reviewing all three, we went with BC Concrete Lifting. We chose them as they were very quick to respond and were excellent communicator and their price was very good. They were very detailed in what they would do and their estimate.We set up a date and time and they did the work. We were able to park on the pavement within 15 minutes of the work. They cleaned up and it looked like no work had been done from above, but we knew we now had a solid foundation underneath the pavement.You can be very confident with BC Concrete Lifting!!

Phil and his team have done a great job leveling my sunken front door steps and went beyond to make sure the adjacent concrete slabs leading up to the steps are level and free of tripping hazards. They were efficient, honest and professional. Very happy with the work!

BC Concrete Lifting levelled a concrete slab at the bottom of my front steps, which was creating a 2” tripping hazard. Phil was very professional, and the work was done exactly as promised. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
