Zaid Concrete have just completed a driveway, garage and patio project at our home and we have nothing but good things to say about this company. Moe and his employees did a fantastic job of the concrete in all three areas. They are a conscientious and perfectionist group of men. Moe, the owner, is on site pretty much all of the time and supervises the entire project. He went above and beyond to ensure the work was done properly and even more so, as we had some existing garage footing issues which we were not aware of when Moe gave us the initial quote. His response was, “no problem, I can fix that for you” and he did!! He removed the original bricks from the driveway with care while trying to save as many of the bricks as possible as he knew we were giving them to our nephew to reuse at his home. Cleaning and picking up around the work site was done every day prior to them leaving for the day He is a professional but also a very kind person, always ready with a smile and a quick joke and teasing manner. We would definitely not hesitate to refer him to anyone needing his expertise and excellent workmanship. We have had many compliments on the driveway and are extremely pleased with the whole project, patio, garage and driveway. We will miss seeing this friendly group of guys every day. Thanks again Moe for the great job you did and for being the friendly down to earth person you are.

Had price checked zaids with 3 other comanies. His price was very fair if not beter than most others. The work started on time and completed almost when he said it would be, other than mother nature delaying him a day or 2. I found him and staff to be extremly professional. They even did a few extras wich relealy impressed me! I would highly recommend Zaid contracting? Thanks Mo for the great work. Moe Zaid and his team are great to do business with. Out walkways are a huge upgrade to the esthetic of our house. It will also make shoveling snow easier than our old pavers. His team was quick and efficient. Moe himself is friendly and is very helpful. His honesty and his updates throughout the process kept us in the loop. Zaid concrete recently completed a driveway, sidewalk and driveway culvert extension. We are very pleased with the finished project.The reasons we chose Zaid concrete is as follows:1. After setting a date to meet for an estimate, Moe was kind enough to call and let us know he was running late but would still come. He arrived after working all day, on the hottest day of the year 38C, he listened to our ideas, measured, answered questions and did not rush us.2. Moe provided a written quote outlining what work was included, the type of concrete etc. Some contractors only gave text messages with dollar amounts or written on the back of business cards and were difficult to pin down what was included.3. Moe and his crew were very professional, they worked hard and didn’t waste time at the job site.4. The dates given to complete work was followed closely and we received a call if there was a delay.5. Moe was easy to get in touch with and returned phone calls promptly.Basically, if the contractor you’re considering takes days to return your calls, doesn’t provide a written quote and is vague about what he includes, then that’s probably what you can expect during construction....and that’s frustrating.We are happy to recommend Moe Zaid and his crew for your concrete projects.
